Accessibility statement

CINOGY GmbH strives to make its website as accessible as possible. The legal basis for this is the Disability Equality Act (BGG) and the Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) in their currently valid versions.

Status of compliance with requirements

The website is currently only partially compliant with the requirements of BITV 2.0. We are continuously working to improve accessibility and gradually remove existing barriers.

Non-accessible content

Currently, the following areas in particular are not accessible or only accessible to a limited extent:

  • Alternative texts
Meaningful alternative texts are not provided for all images.
  • Contrasts
Some texts and control elements do not yet meet the colour contrast requirements of WCAG 2.1.
  • Keyboard navigation
Individual modules (e.g. animations or interactive areas) cannot always be operated entirely via keyboard.
  • Forms
Some form input fields and error messages are not clearly labelled or are not displayed completely correctly.
  • PDF documents
Some embedded PDF files are not yet fully accessible.

We plan to remove these restrictions gradually as part of the technical and content development of the website.
