How PlasmaDerm® therapy works

The treatment is standardised and safe: each area is treated in two 90-second intervals. This double application enhances the therapeutic effect. For larger wounds, the spacer is gradually overlapped until the entire area has been completely treated.

The application is carried out directly during the dressing change: The wound is first cleaned and disinfected, as PlasmaDerm® therapy is always performed after wound cleaning. The spacer is then placed on the hand-held device. Next, connect the device and switch it on.
