The PlasmaDerm®therapy pack offers you a safe way to treat your wound regularly at home. It contains all the components you need – clearly arranged, easy to use and prepared so that you can start immediately after a briefing.
Simple, safe and gentle - delivered directly to your home
Your therapy package includes the PlasmaDerm® device, the appropriate spacers, the power supply unit and easy-to-understand instructions. After instruction from our specialist staff, you can carry out the treatment yourself.
All components are designed to make the application at home as easy as possible for you.
The PlasmaDerm® therapy package at a glance
The therapy package contains everything you need to use PlasmaDerm® at home. We are available to advise you throughout the entire therapy period. PlasmaDerm® is an innovative and demonstrably effective medical device for the treatment of chronic, stagnant and infected wounds. It works with the mode of action of cold, physical plasma and supports wound healing with its unique extra effect down to deep tissue layers.
Applying for the therapy package
To receive a PlasmaDerm® therapy package, you need a corresponding indication or illness and a prescription from your treating doctor. As soon as we have received all the necessary documents, we will send you the therapy package – including an introduction to the application. We will show you how you can easily use the device yourself at home.
PlasmaDerm® is already used as standard in many clinics. Nevertheless, statutory health insurance companies have not generally agreed to reimburse the costs. The costs are only covered in very rare and severe cases. Private health insurance companies reimburse the therapy much more frequently. We will be happy to advise you on this.
Instruction and start of the application
After delivery, you will receive personal instruction from trained specialists. You will be shown how to prepare the device, insert the spacer correctly and use it safely. You will have plenty of time to ask questions and try out the steps yourself. Only when you feel confident will you start your first treatment at home.
Duration of PlasmaDerm® therapy
Chronic wounds are usually treated for eight to twelve weeks. In the case of infected wounds, the period is often shorter, but more frequent application is recommended until the signs of infection have subsided. As a rule, therapy is carried out two to three times a week as part of the dressing change, in two intervals of 90 seconds per area. After eight weeks, the therapy can easily be extended by a further four weeks if necessary.
Use in everyday life & ongoing support
The treatment can be easily integrated into your daily routine. It only takes a few minutes and usually takes place during a dressing change. If you have any questions, we will continue to support you by telephone. You will therefore always be well supported and receive assistance when you need it.

The therapy package combines modern cold plasma technology with personalised support. It includes not only the device, but also individual instruction and support with organisational issues. This ensures that your treatment remains reliable, suitable for everyday use and safe.
