This Privacy Policy informs users about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of their data by the responsible provider. The legal framework for data protection is laid out in the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG). Use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Where personal data (e.g. name, address or email addresses) is collected on our website, this always takes place, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. This data is not passed on to third parties without your express consent.

Collection of general information:
Every time this website is accessed, information is automatically collected by us or the webspace provider. This information, also referred to as server log files, is generic in nature and does not allow conclusions to be drawn about your identity. Without this data, it would not be technically possible to deliver and display all the content of the website. The collection of the data is therefore essential. We also use this anonymous information for statistical purposes. It helps us to optimise the website and the technology. We also reserve the right to monitor the log files retrospectively if there is any suspicion of unlawful use of our website.

Handling of personal data:
Definition: Personal data is any information with which a person is clearly identifiable. This is therefore data that can be traced back to a person. This personal data includes their first name and surname, telephone number and email address. This data shall only be collected, used and, if necessary, passed on by the provider if this is expressly permitted by law or if the user has consented to the collection, processing, use and passing on of the data.

Contact form:
If you contact us using the online form or by email, we will store the information you provide in order to answer your enquiry and answer any follow-up questions you may have. Information on the contact form is provided on a voluntary basis.

Withdrawal of your consent to data processing:
Some data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You may revoke your previously given consent at any time. It is sufficient to send an informal notice of revocation by email. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to complain to the responsible supervisory authority:

As the data subject, you have the right to file a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority in the event of a breach of data protection law. The responsible supervisory authority for data protection matters is the state data protection commissioner of the federal state in which our company has its registered office. The following link shows a list of data protection commissioners and their contact details: https://www.lfd.niedersachsen.de/startseite/fortbildung_service/meldung_einer_datenpanne_art_33_dsgvo/meldung-von-datenschutzverletzungen-nach-artikel-33-ds-gvo-164616.html

Right to data portability:
You have the right to request that data which we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract be transferred to you or to third parties. It shall be provided in a machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only take place if it is technically feasible.

Google AdWords:
This website uses the online marketing tool “Google AdWords” and its conversion tracking. Google AdWords places a cookie on your computer if you have accessed our website via a Google ad. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. When a user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognise that the user has clicked on the ad and been redirected to this page. Every Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies therefore cannot be tracked through AdWords customers’ websites. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. Customers receive information about the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. They do not, however, receive any information with which users can be personally identified. If you do not wish to be tracked, you can easily deactivate the Google conversion tracking cookie in the user settings of your internet browser. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. You can read more about this in Google’s privacy policy at http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

Your rights to information, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure and objection:
You have the right to request information about the personal data stored by us free of charge and/or to require rectification, restriction of processing or erasure. Exceptions: Exceptions include prescribed data storage for business processing or data that is subject to the statutory retention obligation. Please contact our data protection officer for these purposes (contact details: at the beginning of the Privacy Policy). In order to be able to consider the restriction of data processing at any time, it is necessary to keep the data in a lock file for control purposes. If there is no statutory archiving obligation, you can also request the erasure of the data. Otherwise, we will restrict the processing of the data if you wish.

Changes to our Privacy Policy:
We reserve the right to make changes at any time in order to ensure that our Privacy Policy always complies with the current legal requirements. This also applies if the Privacy Policy has to be adapted due to new or revised services, for example new services. The new Privacy Policy will then take effect from your next visit to our website.

Contact partner:
If you have any questions or requests concerning your data, please write to the data controller within the meaning of the German Data Protection Act, details of which are specified above.
